The chickpea burger is one of the most famous veggie burgers. chickpeas are of Arab origin and are known to be the main ingredient in hummus.

- 4 cups chickpeas;
- 1 medium onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 cup flaked oatmeal or oatmeal;
- Juice of a lemon;

If you prefer, you can leave a few whole grains for a different texture. Book.
Sauté the garlic and onion. Add salt, oregs, parsley, lemon juice, English sauce and black pepper. After wrapping all the seasonings, add the flour gradually to aggregate all the ingredients, until you get an easy-to-shape dough.

Sweet potato burger
The sweet potato burger is super soft, but with less texture. For that reason, you can add with black beans.
- 2 large sweet potatoes;
- 150 grams of flour;
- Garlic and onion to taste;
- Salt to taste;
- Olive oil;
- Coriander and parsley to taste;
- Half a cup of cooked black beans.
Peel and cook the sweet potatoes with salt, for 10 minutes in pressure. After cooking, drain and set aside to cool. Once cooled, crush the potatoes and add the garlic and onion, after sautéing, the beans (if you prefer), and the other seasonings, together with the flour, until you get a homogeneous dough.
Now just shape in hamburger shape and cook!
